Here Comes Eric! 2008 Coral Creek Classic- Coral Creek Golf Course, May 31 & June 1. 6.1.2008-- Eric Sonnenberg (pictured above), 2007 Amatour Hawaii Player of the Year, clawed back today with a 1-under par 71 to tie Alika Bell at 2-over par 146 after regulation play. Sonnenberg birdied the 1st playoff hole (Par 3 10th) to win for the 4th time on tour. Bell was the runner up and Layne Morita rounds out the top three after closing with a tournament low round of 3-under par 69 and a total score of 3-over par 147. News, Announcements, Updates: 6.17.2008-- The Ewa Beach Golf Club would like to invite all Qualified AmatourHawaii Players at a Special Rate of $40 per player for any WEEKDAY (excluding Holidays) from now until July 25th. Eric Sonnenberg Reigns Supreme in 2007! 3.10.2008-- Amatour Hawaii 2007 Awards Dinner, Hee Hing Restaurant. Eric Sonnenberg reigned supreme in 2007 capturing Player of the Year honors and a whole lot more. Sonnenberg played in all 6 events in 2007 winning two tournaments; Olomana Shootout and the Tour Championship, tied for runner up at Turtle Bay, T3 in the Coral Creek Classic, T5 in the Battle at Klipper and was T10 in the Ewa Beach Championship. He also was top in many statistical categories for 2007, players who qualified had to have a minimum of 8 rounds played.
